Wassell Grove Business Centre, formerly an early Victorian hay barn and part of Wassell Grove Farm, was was bought by Iain & Nicola Martin in 1998 and converted into ten spacious office spaces along with fully equipped meeting room, two shared kitchens and toilets.
The building design aimed to integrate modern facilities whilst retaining many original architectural features such as oak beams and stonework.
The vision was to create a unique working environment in these fully serviced offices to rent, which was both inspirational and highly productive for tenants. For Iain & Nicola, the Business Centre is part of their desire to see their Christian faith working out in the marketplace.

Wassell Grove Business Centre is managed by Wassell Grove Management Ltd and our caring and supportive team, We are on-hand to organise the day-to-day running of the Centre and to ensure that all of our tenants and their visitors feel welcome and at home.
All of our offices are cleaned and maintained on a daily basis as part of our service.
All bills such as utilities, business rates and broadband are included in the monthly rental charges, leaving you to focus on running your business.
